- Another 26-year-old man from Fort Pierce was arrested for possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana.
- A 37-year-old man from Port St. Lucie had warrants issued against him for possession of clonazepam and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility.
- A Port St. Lucie 32-year-old man was accused of a probation violation for possession less than 20 grams of marijuana.
- A 23-year-old man was arrested for possession of alprazolam and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana.
In Florida, a person can be charged with possession of marijuana or a controlled substance if he or she has actual or constructive possession of it. Actual possession would be on their person, while constructive possession might be in a car with other people and drugs in the trunk.
