Three St. Lucie Men Arrested For Smoking Marijuana With A Minor
Three men in Port St. Lucie have been arrested after they were caught smoking marijuana with a 13 year-old girl. Eighteen year-old Andrew Justin Leonardo and 20 year-old Robert Wayne Einnsman were both charged with distribution of marijuana to a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, tampering or destroying evidence and possession of drug equipment. Nineteen-year old Jeremy Joseph Castleberry was charged with contributing to delinquency of a minor and distributing of marijuana to a minor.

Castleberry was released from jail on a $25,000 bond. Leonardo and Einnsman are still in jail. Their bond is $31,000. The police officers spotted the car in a closed park on 500 Block of Prima Vista Boulevard. According to reports, someone attempted to drive away as the police approached the car. Someone also threw a bag of marijuana out of the window as they drove away. The 13 year-old girl has been released to her mother.
